About Today: The Best & Worst of the Golden Globes    Today

There was probably a whole segment of people sitting at home watching the Golden Globes so they can update their Oscar predictions. I respect that, I really do. But I'm watching award shows mostly to determine who will win my coveted favorite dress award. (Hint: Wearing black is entirely too easy, and disqualifies you from the running.)

This year, the bad news on the red carpet was not in the fashion, but rather in the hair and makeup. I hope this wasn't an indication of a new trend. Some stars had hair so big and fluffy, we might need to trade in our blow dryers for egg beaters.
