There has certainly been a lot of talk about Obama's plans for energy, and thank goodness. But what about water? Especially considering how closely intertwined the two are? This week, Kyle Rabin takes a closer look at this issue.

On the other hand, the Bush Administration it appears, has been covering up blocked cases where water pollution concerns were not addressed, the Environment New Service has reported, in a shocking story.

The good news is that Maude Barlow and FLOW producer Steven Starr presented 20,000 signatures on a petition to the UN to have water declared a human right. Read their story and watch the accompanying video about it and then go to Article31.org to sign it yourself.
