| Inabinett arrested on theft charges A Ravenel town councilman was arrested on grand larceny charges last week after a boat dealership reported the theft of an engine part. When North Charleston police questioned Curtis Inabinett Jr., he told them that he and two acquaintances had permission to take scrap metal from the business.
