| Suspect held in Ga. jail The man accused of robbing a Summerville bank earlier this week is sitting in a jail outside Atlanta, but it could be a while before he's back in the Lowcountry. It seems a few other police jurisdictions â" seven, in fact â" have first dibs on Frank Douglas.
