USA Votes Newsletter, with its new community site, will carry the English coverage on election day starting with 10-minute newscasts every hour from 2300-0200 UTC, then the live video program starting at 0300 UTC (Wednesday). We'll track the vote as returns come in on a U.S. map reflecting the popular and electoral counts, as well as the balance of power in Congress, and we'll offer blogs from VOA reporters and a live T2A online chat starting at 0000 UTC (Wednesday), so users can share their thoughts and experiences.
