Leaders from around the world arrive in Washington today for an urgent meeting with President Bush to discuss solutions to the growing financial crisis. A government report out today says retail sales are at a seven-year low, having dropped 2.8 percent from the month of October. That's the biggest drop in the history of the government survey. ABC's Betsy Stark has the latest on the economic woes.
