The Economy:
Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson was on Capitol Hill this morning to speak to legislators about the rollout of the $700 billion bailout plan. Since the plan's introduction, the U.S. economy has continued to suffer. As consumer confidence dips lower and lower, what can be done to turn things around? ABC's Betsy Stark has more on the economy tonight.


Cutting Back on Medical Care:
According to a recent study, nearly half of Americans say someone in their home has skipped essential medical care in the past year because of cost. As the economy sours, even people with health insurance have been canceling checkups and postponing surgeries as a way to save money. ABC's Gigi Stone reports.
