Stray bullet kills DeKalb mother of 3
Police say the victim, whose name was not released, was struck in the back around 9 p.m. at 1025 Holcomb Road off Redan Road near Covington Highway. The victim's three children, ages 11, 9 and 8, were inside the home at the time but were not harmed.

Police in Ohio say Edna Jester faces a charge of petty theft because neighborhood children accused her of refusing to give back their football. She was arrested last week in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash.
