State Ports Authority, has been elected Southeast regional vice president for the International Propeller Club of the United States, a maritime industry organization with more than 8,000 members in 60 ports around the world. In that role, his territory includes all ports in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Puerto Rico.
