Chambliss-Martin Senate runoff set for Dec. 2

Incumbent Republican Sen. Saxby Chambliss, who won 49.9 percent of the vote in Tuesday's general election, will face Democratic challenger Jim Martin, who received 46.7 percent. Libertarian Allen Buckley won a crucial 3.4 percent of Tuesday's vote. Georgia law requires a 50-percent-plus-one majority in U.S. Senate races. More to come.
