Grisly Find in Florida

Casey Anthony has been charged in the murder of her daughter, Caylee, who disappeared in June, and today would be 3 years old if she were alive. But Florida authorities have already said they believe the girl is dead. Today, the unidentified remains of a child were found in a wooded area near the Florida home of Caylee's grandparents. Tests are being conducted to determine if it's Caylee's body. ABC News correspondent Jeffrey Kofman will be in Orlando, Fla., with the latest developments.

A First Lady's Legacy

"Nightline" co-anchor Cynthia McFadden interviews first lady Laura Bush as she and her husband spend their last days in the White House. The first lady looks back at what she has learned during eight years in Washington -- and forward to what she expects to do next.

Sifting Through the Scandals

There's still no word on whether Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich intends to resign -- even after President-elect Barack Obama -- among a chorus of others -- called for the embattled politician to step down for a second straight day. If Blagojevich is somehow vindicated on the bribery and fraud charges he faces, he will forever be tied to the hot political scandal of today. With that in mind, "Nightline" correspondent John Donvan looks at a few other recent political scandals that dominated the headlines for days. We hope you'll join us.
