Decreto sobre as novas regras vigentes de acordo com a nova Lei Geral do Trabalho na República de Angola

 

AUMENTO DE SALÁRIO

 

O funcionário deverá passar a trabalhar vestido de acordo com o seu salário.

Se o virmos calçado com ténis Adidas de 200 usd ou com uma bolsa Gucci de 250 usd, presumiremos que está muito bem de finanças e, portanto, não precisa de aumento.

Se ele se vestir de forma pobre, será um sinal de que precisa aprender a controlar melhor o seu dinheiro para que possa comprar roupas melhores e, portanto, não precisa de aumento.

E se ele se vestir no meio-termo, estará perfeito e, portanto, não precisa de aumento.

 

AUSENCIA DEVIDO A DOENÇA

 

Não vamos mais aceitar declaração do médico como prova de doença. Se o funcionário tem condições de ir até ao consultório médico, é porque pode vir trabalhar.

 

CIRURGIA

 

As cirurgias são proibidas, enquanto o funcionário trabalhar nesta empresa. A empresa precisará de todos os seus órgãos, portanto, o funcionário não deve pensar em tirar nada do seu corpo. Nós contratámos o trabalhador inteiro. Remover algo constitui quebra de contrato.

 

AUSENCIAS DEVIDO A MOTIVOS PESSOAIS

 

Cada funcionário receberá 104 dias para assuntos pessoais, em cada ano. Esses dias chamam-se Sábados e Domingos.

 

FERIAS

 

Todos os funcionários deverão gozar férias nos mesmos dias de cada ano. Os dias de férias são: 1 de Janeiro, 4 de Janeiro, 4 de Fevereiro, 8 de Março, 4 de Abril, 1 de Maio, 25 de Maio, 1 de Junho, 17 de Setembro, 2 de Novembro, 11 de Novembro e 25 de Dezembro. Nem um dia a mais!

 

AUSENCIA DEVIDO AO FALECIMENTO DE ENTE QUERIDO

 

Esta não é justificação para perder um dia de trabalho. Não há nada que se possa fazer pelos amigos, parentes ou colegas de trabalho falecidos. Todo o esforço deverá ser empenhado para que os não-funcionários cuidem dos detalhes. Em casos raros, onde o envolvimento do funcionário é necessário, o enterro deverá ser marcado para o final da tarde, depois da hora de expediente. Teremos prazer em permitir que o funcionário trabalhe durante o horário do almoço, podendo sair uma hora mais cedo, desde que o seu trabalho esteja em dia.

 

AUSENCIA DEVIDO À SUA PROPRIA MORTE

 

Isto será aceite como desculpa. Entretanto, exigimos pelo menos 15 dias de aviso prévio, visto que cabe ao funcionário treinar o seu substituto.

 

USO DO WC

 

Os funcionários estão a passar tempo demais na casa de banho. De futuro, utilizaremos o sistema de ordem alfabética. Por exemplo, todos os funcionários cujos nomes começam com a letra 'A' irão entre as 9:00 e 9:20, Aqueles com a letra 'B' entre 9:20 e 9:40, etc. Se não puder ir na hora designada, será preciso esperar a sua vez, no dia seguinte. Em caso de emergência, os funcionários poderão trocar o seu horário com um colega. Ambos os chefes dos funcionários deverão aprovar essa troca, por escrito.

Adicionalmente, agora há um limite estritamente máximo de 3 minutos na sanita. Acabando esses 3 minutos, um alarme tocará, o rolo de papel higiénico será recolhido, a porta da sanita abrir-se-á e uma foto será tirada. Se for repetente, a foto será afixada no quadro de avisos e na Intranet do serviço com o título: Infractor Crónico.

 

HORA DO ALMOÇO

 

Os magros têm 30 minutos para o almoço, porque precisam de comer mais para parecerem saudáveis. As pessoas de tamanho normal têm 15 minutos para comer uma refeição balanceada, que sustente o seu corpo mediano. Os gordos têm 5 minutos, que é tempo suficiente para comer uma salada e um moderador de apetite.
