The good news is, if you're already done with your plan, you probably weren't all that serious about it in the first place.   In the Spotlight How to Keep a Resolution My approach to this problem is to make up one resolution I've no intention of keeping. For example, this year, it's "become a professional kick boxer." Day 2 of '09, and I have made absolutely no progress on this goal.
