Barack Obama is fond of saying there's only one president at a time, but he's putting his capital on the line early by jumping into the debate over a bailout bill for the auto industry -- and could wind up owning a stumbling economy a bit earlier (and more completely) than he would have liked, ABC News senior political reporter Rick Klein writes in Wednesday's Note.
