Daily Feng Shui Tip

Dear Astrology Enthusiast,
Here is your Daily Feng Shui Tip for Friday, October 17

African American poets are celebrated on this day. When I was younger I loved a poem by Langston Hughes that was framed and hung over my bed. It was short and to the point and embraced words that I identified so strongly with. It read, in part; 'I play it cool, and dig all jive. And in return, I stay alive. My motto as I live and learn is dig and be dug in return.' I still remember that poem all these years later, and still try to live by that dictum. Later, I learned that affirmations are incredibly powerful if said in rhyme form, making it quicker and easier to manifest your dreams. If you are struggling, you might want to make up your own rhyming affirmative statement that says something like, 'the walls of lack and all delay are history and crumble away.' Repeat this affirmation both silently and aloud at least nine times a day. Then, for 27 days, write it nine times in a journal. You will not believe the positive and powerful progress that will take place in your life within that time. Can you dig it?
Warm Regards,
Ellen Whitehurst

Victim

The awareness of crime in our society is creating sensitivity about the potential victimization we all face. Dreams of being victimized are common and on the increase. You can be victimized by almost anything in a dream: beating, rape, theft, murder, a monetary swindle, an abusive sibling, parent, spouse, partner, object ... anything. Each means of being victimized carries with it certain explicit, as well as subtle, implications.

The primary considerations are how vulnerable a position were you in prior to the victimization occurring, and who was the aggressor.

Did a relationship that generated a sense of security suddenly turn evil?

Was it a random act of violence committed by a stranger?

Did you observe or have the feeling that the aggressor knew you or that you were somehow connected with them?

After these considerations are elaborated, turn inquiry to the specific crime and the implications of it.
